Montjuïc

The Montjuïc is a hill just south-west of Barcelona center. On top of Montjuïc you have an excellent viewpoint where you can see most of the city center of Barcelona.

The first buildings on Montjuïc has been built for the Universal Exhibition of 1929. Year's later, Montjuïc would also be the home ground for the Olympic Games of 1992. You can still find the Olympic swimmingpool, Olympic stadion, the Olympic village and many more Olympic buildings.

Nowaday's you can find many restaurants, theaters and a concert building on top of the Montjuïc.
